Spraying Gel Coat can be done anywhere on the boat. Sometimes customers want to remove Bottom Paint, and replace it with Gel Coat. The process involves Sand Blasting it off. Then, we would sand it evenly. After we are done, we spray Gel Coat. Once cured, we sand it evenly again. Followed by buffing and polishing the bottom.

 

Other customers, they want to add thickness in certain areas. Mostly older boats, this brings a damaged area back to life.
